Spivey Insurance Group is a full-service, family-owned insurance agency located in Indian Trail, North Carolina. We opened our doors almost two decades ago with one goal in mind: Protecting what's closest and most important to you, our neighboring families, individuals, and businesses. That's our expertise and it's what we do best.
My name is Ashley and I get to be our first point of contact for our wonderful customers here at Spivey. I was born and raised here in Charlotte. If I am not in my hometown I am going on adventures, usually to the mountains, beach or lake. I love traveling and seeing other place. My name is Chris Spivey the President of Spivey Insurance Group.

At Spivey Insurance Group, our mission is to provide superior service to our neighboring businesses in North Carolina and South Carolina. Whether you're a small entrepreneurial startup or a large business with hundreds of employees and operations in several neighboring states, your mission is critical.
With some few exceptions, if you are an employer, you are required by law to carry workers compensation insurance in North Carolina, to protect your employees should they be injured on the job. In North Carolina, three or more employees trigger this obligation, regardless of whether they are employed full-time or part-time; in South Carolina, the threshold is four or more employees.

I couldn't be more pleased with Spivey Insurance. Melanie was fantastic. She was responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. When she had to find out information, she was quick to call or email back. It was a joy to work with her. I was also thankful to meet Kim, who shared and educated me on the important details of my contractor's insurance policy and much more. Above all, Spivey's prices were the best! I shopped around with several other agents, but chose Spivey and Melanie as they were hands down the best value and people I spoke with.

I really love Valerie and Ashley! They are amazing. I’ve worked with Ashley in particular multiple times in the past few months and she has been so helpful and accommodating.
