I switched over my insurance early this year from a big corporate insurance company and I have really loved the difference. The customer service is better by ten fold and this agency truly cares about their customers individually. They are very caring and take care of any of my needs right away. I have been with Randy Carnathan State Farm for 6yrs (I believe) and I have never been with an insurance company that cares and can be truly concerned in situations. Lanisha, I'm guessing she is the manager by now, is AWESOME at her job. It could be a month from our last conversation and she remembers and may ask about my boys and how was their first day back at school. To me, that building a repore with your customer. Because of Lanisha, Randy Carnathan State Farm will always be our vehicle insurance company and hopefully soon we will have our life insurance policies with them.. You can't go wrong

I have been doing business with Randon Carnathan - State Farm for years with my life insurance policy and they have always been awesome. I recently bought a new vehicle and decided that I would like to bundle my coverages. Moving back home to Alabama was a process especially when updating insurance. Randon and his team was able to not only inform me on the process I needed to take to change insurances over to Alabama but additional steps I need to take in regards to car tags.
