I am so happy I called Mark! He was very professional and reasonably priced! My couch completely smells like new and the stains are gone! I called Mark because my dog had an accident on my couch and he Helped me entirely! Thank you so much! I will be telling everyone about my great experience. Very impressed with the service!! Prompt and professional. When I called to make an appointment, I said I had two pieces of furniture to be cleaned. In the meantime, I remembered that one of my carpets had an area that was particularly distressed with coffee spills.Mark cleaned that also under the original quote.

I had 2 large couches, a cream colored area rug with pet and coffee stains, and 1 chair from Target to be cleaned. Mark was professional, prompt, good communication, friendly, efficient and had great attention to detail. Everything looks brand new (even the 30 year old couches) and smells clean and refreshing.
