Very friendly staff and clean facility. No wait. While the vet was very nice, I was disappointed at the lack of information we received during our new puppy visit. Our appointment felt very rushed and I had a lot of questions bc this was our first puppy. The vet ( definitely not Dr.Albin-who is always amazing)was friendly, but she seemed like she just wanted to rush through our appointment, rather than give us an informative first exam.

Stayed on hold with them for over 15 minutes during a pet emergency only to be told "sorry, we can't help you. We aren't accepting new patients." The person who answered the phone could have told us that instead of putting us on hold and we could have used that time to find a real vet. Stay far far away, they obviously do not care about the well being of animals.

I have been bringing all of my companion animals to Albins for many years. They are always compassionate, understanding, and honest about the health/quality of life of their patients. We are fortunate to have such wonderful vet care so close to home. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else.

My dogs have been coming here since I moved to the area. The staff is professional and courteous. I have boarded my dogs here several times and they are always happy and well fed when I get them. As far as vet services, they have been helpful with any questions that I have had from "bee stings" to "heart murmurs." I recommend Albin's to everyone.

Absolutely horrible vet. Do not take your animal here if you care about their well being. This clinic is more worried about making money than the health of your pet. The employees don't communicate with each other about your visit either. The front deck workers are rude and short with any patrons. They also charged OVER TWICE AS MUCH as Clydes, for the exact same service. They don't care, don't leave your animal with this vet clinic. Just don't.
