We would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. If you want someone who is attentive with details and focused on clients, this is not the Tax service for you. Our 2020 (2019 taxes) process was...fine. A little different from the smart tax expert we were used to, but thought we'd just stick with what we know. The 2020 taxes have been a nightmare. Constant follow ups to them about their own processes. It all culminated today when Sue (the owner) blew off our appointment because she believed we didnt upload our documents. We sat on a zoom call for 45 min, called the office twice and weren
