During the freeze we had many of our tiles pop off and had some plaster issues. I received four quotes to get my plaster and tiles done. I had them maintain my pool for 7 weeks... when I left it was not green... when I came back it was. I complained that there were no chlorine tabs in the feeder and they tried to tell me that was for conditioner only... I've maintained my pool for years and never did it turn green within a week no matter how much rain...this is my second experience with them and I will never use them again... $50 dollars a week including tax and I come back to this...after I complained... tried to post pictures but I don't see a way. 😙

My experience with R Pools started off very positive. I was told by the representative that answered the phone that she was so confident that they could handle our weekly pool maintenance that if I wasn't satisfied I wouldn't have to pay. Wow! I felt very comforted with that type of guarantee! Fast forward to now. My handicap wife with permanent disabilities is taking on the difficult task of maintaining our pool since R Pools failed time and time again. I have been using R Pools now for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with their service. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. Chris is very helpful and attentive, and takes the time to explain any possible problems. Any needed repair work has been reasonable and completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company.

I have found R Pools to have every trait that you want in service provider. They answer their phone. They respond quickly. They tell me what they're doing and when they're going to do it. And perhaps most important of all, my pool has never looked better. I'm told my service tech is "John". I've never met him. But I can tell you he works magic.

My son works there and has never ever been treated as poorly as the the guy that owns this place. He has called my son a LIAR at least once a week since he started there. My son is one of the sweetest people I know and he is definitely not a liar. Trust me, the way to build moral is definitely NOT to consistently call your employees liars. Well, my son is the only one he calls a liar while he laughs with the rest of the staff constantly.

I have had a handful of pool services in the past but usually ended up disappointed and back to doing it myself due to rushed services of guys doing a quick skim, empty baskets and leave service - many in 15 min or less. We tried R Pools during the 2018 season and I was happy to see that every week the tech showed up about the same time on the same day and did a complete service - skim, vacuum, chemicals, empty baskets and cleaner. Each week the tech spent 45-60 minutes doing the job right. The pool looked its best in many years. We'll be hiring again this year.

We finally caved and got a pool service as we were tired of not being able to keep the yellow algae at bay, and I have to say we could t be happier with R Pools. Our service guy, Chris, has done an awesome job, and our pool has looked fantastic all summer. The office staff is also helpful, friendly, and very responsive.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!! I am not sure if Babette is friends with the company or not but her review is a joke! In April I received a flyer advertising service. I've never had a pool company and decided to give them a try. My pool was NOT in good shape when I called them, they quoted me the $33 weekly plus $79 one time cleaning fee to have it "swim able". I took the day off so my wife wouldn't be home alone with our baby when they showed up. The kid brushed the walls put in shock, and told me he "couldn't reach the bottom" he didn't vacuum or anything. I called
