Do you require a deposit? The non-refundable setup charge is due at the time your order is placed. The remainder can be paid when your order is picked up. When should we order our invitations? Aim to order your invitations about four to six months before the big day. We usually plan two weeks for setup/proofing and a week for printing.

Very disappointed customer :( I had them print my wedding invitations and song sheets, and they did samples for me that looked great- they punched the round corners by hand.. and then I ordered 400 invitations (which I expected to look like the sample did) and 150 song sheets, and the corners that were supposed to be round were frayed and not nicely done at all :( I went to pick them up, and noticed some corners that barely even got rounded, so they tried to fix some of them.. .but the lady told me that that's how they are, and they couldn't give me a discount :( She said most people don't mind
