First, be safe - do not touch wet electrical components or get sprayed with hot water and steam. Next, find the main house water shutoff and turn it off. It is usually at the water meter if you have city water, or at the cold water storage tank if you have a well. That will stop the emergency flooding.

The survey was through and complete. The solutions offered were in depth, well engineered and precisely explained by the business owner. The installation was ingenious during the 2020 pandemic in a manner that no one came into the house. The cleanup after the install was superb. The old system was ripped out and the new system was in, all in less than one day.

Pinney rocks! Wednesday night a lightning strike damaged my boiler, it was overheating, steaming over. Called Pinney Thursday. They're team completely fixed my boiler late on a Friday, replacing the broken controller and got the air out of the system. Always prompt, always stellar quality. Thanks for being there.
