I received my undergraduate degree from Carthage College in 1980 and my law degree at the University of Iowa in 1983. Within the same year, I was admitted to the Iowa Bar, and subsequently, the Illinois Bar in 1984. I am also licensed to practice in the US District Court, Central District and the US Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit.
When your independence has been taken away at the hands of another person's negligence, feeling angry, betrayed, confused, and vulnerable are all natural and justified emotions. Even minor injuries can cause considerable disruptions in your life and your overall self-reliance. But the worst part is you can't even blame yourself.
Working conditions have probably the widest range of variety in the United States. From office work to construction to in-home contractors to on-your-feet sales, production. In basic terms, workers' compensation refers to the financial support given to an employee who sustained an injury on the job.
If contact was not available at the time of the accident, seek contact information for the responsible party and any witnesses. Before the initial consultation, I may request the documents you have compiled thus far to get the most out of our first meeting as possible. Personal injury cases can be very sensitive and your mobility may be affected by your injury.

I will start the same as the last person. Stay away from this attorney!! This lawyer had a consultation with me and we talked about one thing and I paid him then the Friday before my court hearing I finally got in contact with him and told him I got my paperwork and what they said and then he acted like he no longer wanted to represent me and the money I paid was for information I got all on my own. He took my money and never did anything for me. When I showed up to his office to see a bill he would not provide me with one he said he had to have his secretary do and he would send it to me. Not

I gave one star because zero was not an option. I strongly suggest you do not utilize this attorney. He fails to communicate effectively with you, will not respond timely to email or phone messages, tends to talk over you and not hear what you are saying, and goes to court ill prepared. Three times during my proceedings a hearing was scheduled, and I knew about it before the date, and he never contacted me or responded to my communications, then would go to court and say he could not do anything at that time because he had not talked to me. But I got charged for this time, naturally. He also charged
