Copper gutters, copper downspouts, copper roofs, copper flashing, copper chimney caps, copper dormers and lots of ornamental copper.
We install all types of roofs here in the Mid-Ohio Valley, We specialize in the old style copper, and double lock standing seam metal roofs, slate and tile. After being in the industry for over 3 decades I have found that my niche targets the more complex roof systems. I have many years of experience with copper and double lock standing seam roofs.

We are able to provide 50 year NON PRORATED limited warranty. The warranty is called System Plus Warranty only offered by GAF Certified contractors.
There are many types of flat roofs here in the Mid-Ohio Valley. Most of the flat roofs have at least 10 degrees of roof slope, or 1/8th per inch slope. If your roof does not have any slope to it there are a few options to consider to allow for drainage. Taperd Polyisocyanurate insulation board can be installed to make the one eaith per inch slope.
Slate Roofing was very popular in Parkersburg WV, Charleston WV, and Marietta OH. Slate roofing was first installed on churches and older homes in the late 1800's and surprisingly enough most of them are still water-tight. Slate roofs have a longevity of approx. 150 plus years. Slate Roofers are far and few in between, it is becoming harder to find slate roof contractors here in Parkersburg WV, Charleston WV, and Marietta OH.

I live in an 80+ year old house in Parkersburg with a very complicated tile roof. One of my greatest concerns with buying the house was finding skilled craftsmen who could work on this very neat, but very difficult roof. I had a slate roof that was in need of a minor repair. I called Hardt Roofing and they were able to arrive the next day. After assessing the roof, they thoroughly explained what needed to be done and had it repaired within a couple of hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable and hardworking. Third Street Music is located in a hundred year old building with a slate roof. I had heard stories of amateur contractors who fix one slate and crack three so I called around. Hardt Roofing was recommended to me. They did a thorough inspection - inside and out. Not just "looking it over" from the ground; they were upstairs in the attic and outside with ladders - actually on the roof. They took pictures and explained the situation to me. The work was scheduled so as not to interfere with business operation. The time between my first phone call to the job's completion was less than ten days.

I used hartd roofing on a slate roof. I had have several other estimates and hard roofing was very competitive and their work is superb. They showed up the next day begin working immediately they stayed on the job until it was completed they kept the job site clean and presentable very friendly workers they are by for the number one roofing company in the middle Ohio Valley. Not only did he do the work I payed him to do he also completed extra work he encountered by removing and replacing wood at no extra charge. I would recommend hardt roofing before any other roofing company in this area.
