Gave Robert a $750 retainer to start preparing some tax documents with no results. I’m in the middle of a bad divorce with very limited income and feel he was taking advantage of me. After waiting over a month with NO results, he asked me for another $750. I questioned what he had accomplished and he became negative and sent me a copy of agreement I had signed stating his hourly rate. I asked 4 times for a detailed statement of what work he had done for my $750 retainer and he won’t give me any documentation. Ignores my email requests. It was a month of wasted time and money.
