People need to know that help is available by an individual who will help them focus on the issues at hand and not be critical of their choices. As a professional counselor I seek to work with individuals in a non-judgmental, understanding and compassionate manner. My goal is to assist people to bring about choice and empowerment that they may feel is not possible.

If you do decide to use your insurance, please contact them to find out the details of your coverage before you make an appointment. Full fee for initial assessment is $130; For individual, couples and family therapy 60 minute sessions are $130 and 45 minute sessions are $100.
