I started with State Farm in 2001 and became a State Farm Agent in 2004 to help our neighbors with their Insurance and Financial Services needs. Starting with the basic needs of Auto Insurance, Home Insurance and Life Insurance I believe the customers questions and concerns are always the most important reason why we are here.
From our open conversations we can address additional insurance needs such as Business Insurance, Health Insurance and Financial Services with the customer at the center of all that we do. My education background started at LaSalle University B.S. LaSalle University M.B.A. and continues constantly through Insurance industry professional studies and continuing education.

Worst Customer Service. Very rude and unprofessional. Do not trust Angel at all. Joe Feeney never returns phone calls. I have been a customer for over 20 years. One day Joe Feeney himself canceled my insurance. He admitted that it was his mistake. He reinstated my insurance and a month later it was cancelled again. I was never notified. Furthermore, Joe reported to Lexus/Nexus that I had an at fault accident. That was incorrect as well. Over the 20 plus years I never had an accident to be reported on my file. As a result I can not obtain reasonable insurance and ended up paying $300 per month.

We were clients of State Farm And in particular Joseph Feeney for over 17 years paying $1000 s’ of dollars over this period for Home Owners and Auto Insurance. Last year when my daughter graduated from Clarion University and moved to Philadelphia to attend Medical School at PCOM she accidentally omitted to provide Joseph Feeney with her new email although Joseph Feeney clearly had my email With me being the person paying via automated deduction for my daughter’s Auto Insurance.

I've been with Joe and State Farm for a decade or more, and have always found him to be responsive and helpful when questions come up. When I've had to make a claim, and/or change coverage, Joe and his team made the paperwork process painless and were very prompt with payment. I highly recommend Joe and State Farm for all your insurance needs.
