M&M Plumbing Heating and Cooling is a family owned business established in 1957 by Dick Monthei. The founder passed the business to his son Scott Monthei in 2007, Scott along with key management personnel have combined experience exceeding 150 years in the industry. We currently employ more than 19 Michigan plumbers, HVAC technicians and Fireplace Specialists and support staff.
M&M Plumbing Heating and Cooling is currently in the process of moving to our new location on Tahoe Lane in Indian River. Our new home allows us to expand our showroom to include a larger display of fireplaces, water softeners and equipment while still dispatching our technicians and installation specialists from the same location.

M&M offers homeowners free, complete on-site evaluations and estimates for installing residential cooling and heating systems. As there are many variables to determine the total investment cost of an HVAC system, M&M does not deliver over the telephone estimated pricing for installing cooling and heating systems.
We will explore each customer situation to sufficient detail and gather sufficient facts to gain an understanding of the problems, the scope of assistance needed, and the possible benefits our service and technical recommendations may provide our customers. We will respect each customer's home and property and leave them as clean as we found them.

Jason Weatherwax is our plumber and he is very talented. He has replaced the pump to our residential sewage system and he drains down our summer cottage for winter and fires us up in the spring. He is trustworthy and knows his stuff. Everyone needs a good plumber! You need Jason!😀 ab

Great Service! We had a toilet spring a leak just a few days before company was coming for Christmas. M&M had what we needed in stock and scheduled our installation right when we needed it. Robert very efficiently installed the new toilet and removed the old one. Thank you!

When my furnace quit working Scott came out immediately and unfortunately my furnace wasn’t repairable so he had to order one and unfortunately it was approximately 2 weeks out. Mark in the office gave me updates and then when the furnace came in Curtis and his crew came over the next day for the install. They were very kind and courteous and happy to answer any questions I had for them. Thank you M&M for all you did for me and getting my heat in my home up and running again

I had Collin out to the house we are renovating this morning to give us an idea of what we need to do to get our furnace up and running so we can move in. He was there at the earlier end of the time window they gave me and was able to give me an idea of what problems could come up when we finally get power out there. He answered my questions in ways that I could understand and then relate to the rest of my team and did not make me feel dumb for asking basic questions. I also appreciated that he was willing to answer even the most simple things and he really gave me confidence about going forward
