The roof coating is the topmost layer of protection, receiving the impact of sunlight (both infrared and ultraviolet), rain, hail and physical damage. For residential and commercial reflective coatings applications of flat roofs, also called a built-up, we apply elastomeric materials, also know as solar reflective, that expands and contracts with the tough Arizona temperature variations to form a durable protective coating.

Express Painting had done work for me 20+ years ago and it was time to have the paint job redone. So, I called and left a message that I wanted to get an estimate. Got the return call from the office with the promise one of the two estimators would be in contact with me later in the day. No follow-up. A week later I call again and get the promise that the office person or one of the estimators would get back with me. Again, no response.
The work quality 20 years ago would rate a 5 star review, but the recent unprofessional business practice reduces that to a one.

These guys ROCK!
I saw the quality paint job they were putting on the house up the street and stopped to ask if they could drop by and give me a quote to paint my wrought iron fence.
That afternoon, I received a call from Dan, offering to set up an appointment the next day.
He arrived when he said he would, got me the quote (a competitive one, as well) the next day, and was able to schedule the job 4 days later.
On job day, the crew showed up when he promised, and they were finished in about 4 hours (after meticulously taping off the bricks to avoid overspray).
Couldn't have asked for more

We hired Express Painting to paint our two story home. When obtaining an estimate, all of our questions were answered and we were given details in how they would be doing the work. Other companies simply measured and handed us an estimate with little other information. Two noted they did not need to paint under the patio roofs as they did not have much sun exposure. Express painting explained why this area should be painted. They also found an area of wood damage that would have gone unnoticed and not repaired if the underside of the roof had been ignored. Express Painting just painted our house in the Foothills. They were prompt on the day they said they would be there. They worked quickly, but professionally and did a great job. I checked the paint that they used, as with our sun, I want the paint job to last. It was a premium paint, probably one grade better that I would have used due to cost. I think they do so much volume that they get a great price on their paint. The price of the job was very fair. I am extremely satisfied with the finished job.
