The cost of a home inspection is calculated by the size and age of the home. A small town home less than 20 years old with no crawlspace and limited attic would be approximately $350. As the size and age go up, the price will go up. The home inspection is normally sent within 24 hours and often same day.

Had a great experience with Wilson right from the beginning. I was referred by my sister and brother-in-law, which he had done an inspection on their rental house. They spoke highly!
He was on time and presented himself very well. As we introduced each other, I informed him I would be sticking around to see what all is done and he was more than happy to show me everything! As we walked through, he would show and explain why things were doing what they were. He also gave great tips for protecting the house as well.
