Steve Lane knew at an early age that he loved the "land" and all the possibilities to develop it. Adam Lane grew up "working" in the real estate brokerage business. From an early age, he was often going to listing appointments, helping measure homes, and meeting buyers to show properties with his Realtor dad.
It was a family business and we managed to own and operate a successful brokerage. Sevierville, Tennessee native and resident, Eric Gann became interested in Real Estate after attending University of Tennessee. Eric started his own lawn care company and continues to own Gann's lawn care. He built his business from the ground up.
