Hensley Coating was founded in August of 1996 by Dan Hensley, who was in his last year of college. 1997 was the first full year of promoting and installing Conklin Roofing Systems. The company has grown in the last 17 years and is now a self-contained business. This means we own and operate our own Spray Foam and Coating equipment, and staff it as well.
We have smaller sized crews on most jobs; typically 3-6 people, to ensure the customer's quality assurance. The majority of our work is Sprayed in Place Foam roofs. We have the capabilities to re-roof buildings from 1000 square feet to several acres in size. Since 1997 we have been successfully installing energy-efficient roofing solutions for our clients.

Sometimes, a job can be far more significant than a job if that makes any sense... We recently purchased a farm and on that farm was an old pole barn that had been scheduled to be demolished... I'm one of those folks who likes to give old and worn out things a second life so I decided to bring this one back from the grave. I spoke to multiple contractors and Dan Hensley got it and me. He saw that this project was much more than sealing, insulating and painting an old pole barn... Dan was able to turn my old "sows ear" into a silk purse and at a price much lower than anyone else
