Utterly awful experience. Could not wait to get out of this woman's house. Do not expect Joy to take any precautions to protect you from Covid-19. She cut the hair way too short, burned my neck and ear. Could not remember which way I part the hair, even though I told her three times. And she gave me a terrible headache talking non-stop. Take my advice, pick a different hairdresser. Ughhh.

Joy's been cutting and coloring my hair for well over a year. She's great in every way. She loves her work and she clearly enjoys finding a cut and color that "works". I have a terrible time describing what I want, yet she was able to decode my wishes and cut my hair better than anyone else. Plus she's incredibly pleasant and kind.
