A number of years ago, the practice was doing lunch and learn events at local businesses for marketing purposes. I attended and this was influential in me going for a free appointment. During the visit the doctor tried to make small talk and asked how I learned about them. I told him about the event at work and in excitement the doctor shared a few… names of others at my company who go there...a violation of patient privacy.
Because the whole patient experience seemed strange to me, I did some additional research and found an interesting marketing video. This was maybe 5 or more years ago

Gives you that SCAM feeling. The longest sales pitch ever. Super memorized word for word. They will hand you the same treatment plan that they prepare for absolutely everyone despite what good condition you’re in.

Not COVID-safe, or even trying to be. I took my 87 year old mother here, because it was close by and she wanted a treatment. Although office staff was friendly, masks were not worn consistently. I observed a Doctor even giving treatment without a mask. Most patients weren't wearing masks. We endured two long appointments to create her treatment plan, which ultimately involved 25 visits over a few months time! For an 87 year old woman! In the time of COVID. Costs were disclosed prior to the first visit ($39) but not for the second visit ($79) and co-pays were set at $20, plus $15 for use of a table

My first visit was extraordinary. The staff was very friendly and everyone smiled and greeted me with kindness. They took their time to understand my concerns and assured me they will help me feel better. I look forward to my 2nd visit tomorrow. While there, I noticed they had a personal relationship with the other clients in the office. Tastefully decorated and welcoming. Oh, and they gave me a t-shirt! ❤️👍🏼

Thus place is great! Staff is very friendly. I’ve been seeing Dr. Mike and he does very thorough adjustments. If something is bugging me more than usual that week, he makes sure to spend extra time on that. I have TMJ and his jaw adjustments work great and my jaw doesn’t lock up anymore! Always leave feeling better and looser.

I have been a patient of Dr. Matt's for several years, mostly now for maintenance for my lower back and neck. I have tried other chiropractors but not as good results as with Dr. Matt. I have tried not going for a period of almost a year, but pain returns, so I know the adjustments work. The staff is always friendly and professional. Great experience!

They LOVE insurance and if you have they will be glad to serve you all their services whether you need them or not. My husband went for over a month 3-4 times a week, x-rays, consults, every service they offered at his disposal and at the expense of my insurance. Only after he stopped going were we sent a bill after he was told there would be no out of pocket expense. He refused to pay and a couple months later a lovely RED paper was sent of a notice of collection.... for payment not received. I forgot to mention that with all the intense services his back showed NO improvement. If you looking
