Pizza House

I pulled up to this business just a few minutes before opening time. I walked up to the door 1 minute early and found the door locked. Understandable. I looked inside and saw a worker standing at the counter, staring at me but not making any movement towards the door. I went back to my work van and I no sooner got in, than the worker came and opened the door. I get that the business might feel it necessary to stick to their rigid opening time, but they missed a sale that day, and every day I would have eaten there in the future. Was it worth that? 🤔

Always a good meal and plenty of food. They friendly and helpful with all of their customers. Just did some work inside and it looks great. We visit often and sometimes do takeout as well. They are a very popular place so are always busy. Sometimes during the busy times it may be hard to get thru on the phone. They are worth the wait!

Favorite place to eat with my boyfriend, salads are great and taste fresh, the cheese on the pizzas is cooked to perfection and the wings are the best. My only complaint is the google times say they close at 9, we were calling from 6pm-7:30pm before we decided to just drive over because maybe the phone line was just busy. Got there, doors locked and the people inside said they're closed, we were confused and looked up the times again to make sure and upon further investigation, the only place it says they're closed at 7:30 was on Facebook. Someone should fix this please.

What a large pizza that costs $18 which should have been immediate size cause that's what it was and the guy said oh we have great pizzas the best in town and all the and all the ingredients on it will came out from a can instead of fresh. It was kind of a lousy teaching pizza I would never pay that price again very expensive For 3 toppings.

Just passing through town and took a chance. The pizza was much better than I expected and the topping portions were generous.

I ordered the vegetarian pizza and it did not taste very good. Not a lot of variety of vegetables on the pizza and it was soggy. The vegetables seemed like they were left overs as some of them were wilted. Some of the brocoli was already turning yellow. I do not recommend. Customer service was good. Everyone was friendly.

Pizza House has the best Pizzas, grinders & salads. All my favorites!! The reason why the phone is often busy is..Pizza House is a SUPER busy place. SUPER BUSY PLACE!! I know this and I plan accordingly when I try to call. They are worth the wait. And..I have been ordering from Pizza House for just about 30 years..and I have NEVER been asked for a tip over the phone. That's a new one on me.

This place is an absolute joke. They NEVER answer the phone, does not matter what day of the week it is. It almost seems they leave the phone on so when you call it goes to a busy tone. After 10 calls later it finally rings and they still don’t pick up the phone. Whenever they do answer they are rude and ask for a tip before they even deliver the food? It’s pretty sad living in Adams and having to call pizza works in north adams to get food delivered. If I could leave a negative star I absolutely would. I don’t EVER write reviews but after the non stop ignoring phone calls I feel people should

I’ve been eating their hot ham and cheese grinders since I was a kid. Let’s just say I’m no long a kid, lol but the grinders bring back memories and are still delicious( be sure to ask for the canned sweet peppers!! Subways got nothing on Pizza House.

First off, I thought the prices at Pizza House were great compared to many pizza places in the area. I browsed quite a few looking for an interesting pizza. They were located about 10 minutes from our motel and have their own small parking lot so that was convenient. They were serious about socially distancing which I appreciated.

They have a ton of pizzas on their menu. I ordered over the phone as the online ordering system didn't want to work and had no issues relaying my order to the woman who answered. I went with a number 17 that basically had a bunch of toppings.

Me and my husband ordered here...i ordered veal parm and forgot what he ordered. I didn't end up eating my veal the smell made me sick ( I was pregnant at the time) my husband ate the salad it came with. The next day he ended up sick...we tried pizza house again after a couple months. We ordered a pizza and it was great.

Our first visit to this great restaurant. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by the counter staff. They give us mini menus to take to our seat yourself table. We checked out all of the delectable choices available to our group. We decide on a bunch of items. For the kiddos we chose small cheese pizza and Doritos. Our group decided to split chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks for apps. We got steak and cheese with onions and peppers, sausage and ziti meal with fresh salad, and a huge meatball with provolone cheese and Parmesan. Then a chicken parmesan grinder with the most divine marinara

Food is okay. Ordered a turkey sub with a whole bunch of stuff on it, got it with just turkey. Had to go back, they were nice about it and made a new one, but it should've been done right the first time.

We always fall back on their meat lovers pizza as a favorite. Order two large & get a small cheese free! Favorite sub is the hot ham & cheese.

Love their wings, pizza is very good and grilled chicken salads are excellent. Calzones are huge. The lettuce for the subs is shredded and it becomes extremely soggy from toasting.

Excellent Greek style pizza and grinders. Clean and bright with friendly staff. The food doesn't travel well and is best eaten in.
