My name is Mike D'Aguanno but you can call me Sensei Mike (some of you may remember me as Master D). Mesa, Gilbert and Chandler, Arizona and to make them extraordinary. Age 39 - Senpai Marvel believed in me so much that she opened KAIZEN Martial Arts and allows me to live my dream of working with YOUR amazing children every day to make our futures FOCUSED, COMMITTED & POSITIVE.

Sensei Mike and Senpai Marvel are an amazing team! They are always so welcoming and kind. We are truly thankful for Sensei Mike’s knowledge, patience, and enthusiasm - a born teacher. My kids love coming to learn and workout. Our Family has two 2nd degree Black belts thanks to Sensei Mike over the past 15 years and his training. Many of our children both typical and children with different disabilities have enjoyed learning to challenge themselves and grow into their very best selves as a result of Sensei helpfully knowledge & skills. Sensei knows how to adapt to every child’s learning abilities, make it fun, positive and motivating for them. We drive 25 minutes each way for the very Best for our kids. The dojo is always super clean and has a comfortable family feeling to it. Take a Tour! You won’t be disappointed

Sensei Mike has been teaching my daughter for most of the last 4 years since she was 3 years old. She was at a point where she no longer wanted to continue karate. After one visit at Kaizen she was ready to continue. She has improved so much in the last few months and she's getting stronger every day! Thank you Sensei Mike!

(She’s 13 now) She grew up learning from him and I’m so happy that he has his own studio, making his dream come true! He teaches value and lessons along with every day life skills!
