Leading the hot water industry with factory-assembled systems and on-demand service and support. We don't aim to sell truckloads of boilers and water heaters, we look to provide individualized systems that accommodate each customer's individual needs. Plenty has changed since Hamilton was founded in 1981, but plenty more continues to remain the same.
Using our own patented technology, we engineer hot water systems and hydronic boilers that are more efficient and provide higher performance than most other products on the market today. Take the EVO line, for example. With operating efficiencies up to 99.8%, EVO stands alone among high-efficiency condensing water heaters, boilers and systems.

Services
Each EVO system is custom-designed and built to meet your exact specifications; all systems are shipped ready to set in place with minimal assembly. Up to 8 units may be common-vented together, made possible by EVO's nonreturn valves and proprietary software. Up to 8 units can communicate with each other to operate as one large system, maintaining precise temperature control.
Copper finned tube systems offer a range of efficiencies to fit your footprint and your budget. Whatever your budget or footprint requirements are, Hamilton has a system that will work for you. Efficiencies of our Copper Finned Tube units range from 81% to 88% (non- or near-condensing) and 96% (condensing), using an integrated secondary heat exchanger.
Hamilton Engineering's Companion with Cold Water Injection System (CWIS), maximizes the heater's condensing efficiency by directing the coldest water to the water heater. CWIS also provides 100% usable volume, allowing the use of a smaller tank. Companion's design provides as much as 10% greater operating efficiency when compared to other "high efficiency" self-contained heaters.
By converting the excess energy of steam and condensate, the Eliminator supplies substantial quantities of hot water on demand. Fueled by excess steam energy and your wasted condensate, the Eliminator provides all the hot water your laundry needs. If larger quantities of hot water are required, a tank with a second heating coil is available to heat water using your steam capacity.
Factory designed, engineered, and pre-fabricated to fit your project's unique specifications, EVO Custom System Solutions are designed for easy rigging and fast, on-site assembly. Whether it's a single EVO or twelve, Hamilton Engineering's Custom System Solutions (CSS) are designed and fabricated to meet your exact specifications and needs.

I would give Hamilton Engineering no stars as to quality, service, of their products. I would recommend to all commercial users to STAY AWAY from them. We purchased (2) EVO boilers in 9/16 and they have been nothing but trouble. From questionable support on install (they only had 2 people in tech support and it takes them forever to get back to you) to a product that should be ranked one on the worse. Our 30 year old Hydrotherm boilers were of better quality than these units. Even thrying to get help to hook them up to a building automation system is a pain and was string out. Their distributor

I have an EVO micro 179 boiler installed in my house. It is 8 years old and I have spent thousands trying to keep it going. I have serviced annually, and have still replaced several fan units as they gather moisture and the bearings fail. I have received a horrible lack of service from the Canadian parts supplier. All in all I would recommend not touching this company.
