Mr Garcia has been filing my taxes for the last 3 years… while my experience with filing taxes has been positive, I was disappointed with the service I got after a review… I got review from irs for 2018… I immediately sent the paperwork to Eddy.. I called them up after 1 week. Response was Eddy is busy, he will call back… I again called after 2… weeks.. again another excuse Called 4 weeks later. Excuse was that software was not working.. While I want to believe the excuses they are making there is no excuse for them to take more than 6 weeks and still working

I went there to have my taxes done on 1/30/2021and found that NO ONE from that office, and I saw at least 5 people, was wearing a mask. (and each single client goes in that office, sits on a desk and talks with someone who has no mask for 20 min or more no me, I wouldn't ) When I voiced my concerned they basically brushed me off by answering "they take care of themselves." WHAT A SHAME that during these difficult COVID times you could be a source of spread in our community. It might not hurt your business to lose a client, but you FOR SURE are hurting a community that helped
