I spoke with Julian twice a few months back and he was very nice and knew what he was talking about. I sent him the information he requested and I never received a follow up call pertaining to the information I sent. I called so many times spoke with the same person and she gave me all of these excuses on why he didn’t call me back. She received the email and never placed me on Julian’s calendar to call me. I wish I could give Julian 5 stars because he was nice and wanted to help me, but it seems like he’s too busy and I could never get in contact with him after I sent him the document. I

Julian and his team were amazing in getting our case dropped. After a misunderstanding on vacation the police took matters into their own hands after which Julian assured us it wouldn’t be a problem to get it resolved.
