After receiving the run around by 2 of the national guys, l looked for a privately owned company and found Under The Rug floor care. Rolando came out and gave me a honest quote to clean my vinyl wood floor and clean my HVAC vents. He was very reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was getting bologna like the other guys.
He and wife Anna showed up on time and got right to work. I had just finished with a rather large addition to my home and the floors and vents were extremely dirty. My floors look brand new and it’s really comforting that my vents are clean and sanitized. Rolando and Anna went

Rolando was very informative and descriptive toward what work would be done to clean our carpet. He professionally Inspects very area and leaves a staggering difference after finishing. Under the Rug Floor Care did an excellent job with cleaning our tile, grout and laminate floors. Ana was professional with coordinating the schedule and Rolando arrived promptly. He was professional, respectful and followed COVID-19 protocol wearing a mask at all times. The tile grout is amazingly clean revealing its natural true color. The laminate floors are squeaky clean with a nice shine. The tiles appeared clean and felt smooth, however since a sealer was applied, there was a noticeable residue which Rolando discussed with me afterwards. He generously gave a sample of a neutralizer cleaner

This team is the BEST! We have 3 sizable office spaces, and they did such a great job. Timely, professional, polite, thorough. Thorough is the key word. We had another company out earlier this summer. They didn't use steam, just a dry chemical, a rotating brush and a vacuum. Needless to say it was a terrible job. Under the Rug went above and beyond-especially considering all our offices are on the 3rd floor. They even vacuumed along all the base boards!
