I was sent here after a lengthy bout with Covid for physical therapy. I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my changing insulin needs, fed me well, and worked with me to regain my strength. My room was pleasant with a large window, bathroom and shower in each room and I was given the option of eating in the dining room, or my room. Overall I had good experience here and would recommend for your skilled nursing needs.

This place is absolutely horrible. My grandfather deserved better than to be placed on a hall full of covid + residents when he was negative and as a result he passed away less than 2 weeks after being placed there for rehabilitation. When we went in to say goodbye to him after he passed the staff was rude and couldn't even find a nurse to help with setting up funeral home transport. Makes me sick.

One place to judge a facility is how they treat their employees. I’ve seen first hand how cold and callous administration is towards the people employed at Senior Suites and to be honest it is unsettling. Looks truly are deceiving.

This place is not a good place for mom or dad to go to for any type of rehabilitation. It says it is a skilled nursing facility but nothing about that place is skilled. My mom went there for therapy for 20 days but that turned into 31 days leaving her to pay out of pocket 160 $ a day that went over 20 days. They didn't have a care plan or discharge date. They wanted to get her on medicade and that meant her staying long term. It was a horrible experience for all of us trying to get mom discharge. I have one thing the nurse that brought her out was the only awsome thing about Senior Suites

Sent my grandfather back home with no discharge plan, no wheelchair and he couldn’t walk because they didn’t do physical therapy after he broke his leg!! AKA the WHOLE reason I sent him there.
On top of that, he almost lost his life due to how much potassium they were giving him! Had I not taken him home when I did gosh I may have lost him without seeing him for months due to Covid and their bizarre regulations (not even letting me go up to the window in his room that had a sidewalk leading up to it.) his primary doctor told me anyone in the medical field with common sense wouldn’t be giving

It was so dirty and awful here. People working here were unhelpful and it smelled like urine. There was some nasty wet substance on the wall of my father-in-law’s room, the tv was broken and frankly it was just plain nasty. We had to send my sweet father-in-law for a week to obtain physical therapy but we will never go back here again. EVER.

We are very involved with the care of our parents. The people were very kind, caring, and went above and beyond. Tasha spent an extraordinary amount of time removing bandages from my mothers arm from a brutal amount of time from dialysis and even went, so far, as to put a "kit" comprised of certain types of bandages to take with her to dialysis. We are thankful for her. The attitude of caring exhibited by her was pervasive throughout the facility.
My mother was there for the Rehabilitation Service and proved to be a fractious patient for US ALL, yet they remained kind and caring and were patient

My grandmother was at this place and they let her sit all not in a soaking wet bed and pad (she is handicap) she would press the button but no nurse would come. Then my grandmother fell out of her wheelchair and got hurt very bad and all the stories of them telling us how it happened keeps changing now she is in the hospital again the 2nd time she has been since being in this place they would hardly check her blood sugar which one day was 72,They also kept giving her medication that she did not want and made her really out of it. The whole place smells like pee and they do not care about anyone
