We called Mountain View and they arrived within an hour and a half. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job! They explained what they were doing and told us ahead of time what the cost would be. They showed us the parts and showed us why they needed to be replaced. Tyler was on time and professional. Our HVAC ac has been out and we have been trying to get it repaired. After two failed attempts from other ac repair companies who didn't return calls and one that didn't show, we finally have cool air again, whew. Thanks for the great service and nice price.

Huge RAVE for Mountain View Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. My 30+ year old furnace quit working last week. We called Mountain View, they came out that day, and diagnosed the problem in short order. They had to order a part and told us it would be in early this week. Part came in today, they came out shortly thereafter, put in the new part and… did maintenance on the unit, and we are once again warm and cozy. Price was phenomenal, the serviceman, James W., was polite and extremely knowledgeable, and the young lady on the phone was very polite and friendly. What a wonderful experience

Had no heat ad kept smelling a burning smell. They came out and as soon as the breaker was turned on the heater came on. The heater stopped again at 8ish pm. They were called in the morning and James came out soon. It wasnt working still. It needed a blower motor and capacitor. That was replaced and for not catching it. He also cleaned the cents out and since he did that I swear it runs better than when new.

They got the job done after giving me a headache. They wired my HVAC with reverse polarity and fried a module. They tried cancelling the appointment to fix it, but met the time window once I complained loud enough.
