I worked closely with John and his team for an industrial case study video for my company. Equipped with a professional photographer and drone footage, we received excellent content for our website and social media. John went above and beyond by returning to the job site for a second day to shoot additional footage and was great to work with during the video editing process. My beloved father passed away this summer and I wanted to film the service so I could have a way to remember his funeral. John was the consummate professional and knew exactly how to navigate and respect the solemn nature of our loss. He responded to me with such caring kindness and compassion when I inquired about his services with only a few days notice. He showed up early to the funeral, expressing his condolences, and remained un-intrusive and unnoticed the whole service.

HE DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP!!!!! I hired him in full confidence he would do an amazing job. When I realized halfway through the reception that he wasn't even there I was sick to my stomach. He had sent me a confirmation email 4 days prior to the wedding that he would be there and everything was on track. Then he never showed up. By the time I realized it was too late. He gave us a full refund (we had paid in full) obviously because he did nothing to deserve any sort of payment.
