We also believe that the most effective workouts, and the ones you will stick to, are customized to your specific needs, fitness level and goals. Mind2Body Fitness is a gorgeous loft studio at The Plant, 60 Valley St in the trendy Valley Neighborhood of Providence, RI. Our airy yet intimate space combines the eclectic style of the vintage mill with modern fitness equipment and amenities.

After being laid off in the late 90's, she spent 2 months in Maui earning a Personal Training Certification. She lost 30 pounds, discovered a new passion, and never looked back! She's been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years in a variety of settings including big and small gyms, private studios, physical therapy offices, and in-home training.
Every Pilates session uses one or more pieces of equipment to deliver a full-body workout with an emphasis on the core. With every exercise you develop balance, posture, strength, tone, and flexibility. We want you to work hard, sweat, and walk away feeling strong and energized! Our Pilates sessions are based in the classical style with a taste of the contemporary.

My wife dragged me kicking and screaming to a Pilates lesson at
Mind 2 Body Fitness. Five years later....we continue working with Maria and her staff. They are incredible! My bad back rarely flares up and I no longer have to visit the Chiropractor, Physical Therapist, or Orthopedist. Would highly recommend trying a session!
