Michael Fulcher Law
Sometimes good people just make a mistake and have one too many or go a little too fast. A DUI or other Traffic offense can cost you thousands of dollars if handled the wrong way. If you've been injured in an auto accident, you are likely worried about long term physical pain, paying your bills and the future.

You have rights and recourse to be compensated if your injury is the result of negligence. Facing criminal charges can be a frightening and life-changing event. Michael Fulcher was an Assistant District Attorney for eight years and a Public Defender prior to that. He has extensive trial experience and knowledge of how both sides of the courtroom operate.

A prosecuting attorney learns certain specific skills, and much of their time is spent developing cases and taking them to trial. There is nothing more valuable than trial experience and an inside knowledge of how a prosecutor develops a case to pursue a conviction. Michael Fulcher served as an Assistant District Attorney for 8 years, and has a great insight into every aspect of a criminal case - including how the "other side" operates.

Mr. Fulcher was always available to answer any questions I had about a traffic ticket. He always kept me in the loop and helped me in preventing the ticket from going on to my record in NC. I would recommend him to anyone in or out of state!

Michael was wonderful. I was coming home from taking my daughter to Whistle Stop café, not paying attention to how fast I was going and got a super speeder ticket in Ga. This was not the way to end a vacation. I contacted Michael and he was able to get my ticket reduced to improper equipment which carries no points. This was a weight off my shoulders. Going forward I will be using my cruise control in Madison County.

Michael was professional and concise from our first call to our last email. I had already called multiple other firms before calling his, and only my conversation with him stood out, so I would highly recommend him. He helped me with a speeding ticket, and although I hope I won't have incident like that, I know I can always call him for help. Call him.

I received a speeding ticket while driving down to the Masters in Augusta (84mph in a 70 zone). Michael was really helpful and informed me that there is no points for such a ticket (which was my goal). He was generous with his time over the phone even though an engagement would not result from the conversation. To me this shows character, honesty, and integrity which is rare nowadays.
I highly recommend Michael. Thank you!

I panicked when i got a speeding ticket in Georgia. I emailed Michael on a Saturday night and he responded right away. He got the amount of points reduced for me, well worth the cost and I didn't have to go to Georgia to court. Highly recommend!!

My son received a super speeder ticket resulting in an extra fee on top the ticket fine and points reduction for him. He is still on my insurance which would have resulted in my insurance bill being raised or possibly dropped. I contacted Attorney Fulcher and he went above and beyond for my son's case. The lowest court would not agree to a plea deal so he took the case to the district attorney and fought for my son. He won a plea deal for my son resulting in a speed reduction, no point reduction, and no court appearance! My son only had to pay a small fine and attend a defensive driving course
