We used Kent's for our wedding rentals. Most reasonably priced in area and easy to work with. Will use again in the future.

Kent's made our lives so easy and saved us so much money! Our rehearsal dinner venue wanted to charge us $165 for 5 cocktail tables! One call to kent's and we were able to get them for $10 each AND could have picked them up Wednesday and return Friday for our dinner on Thursday! Talk about honest prices! Not only do they have great prices, but they are super responsive too! I called with some super simple questions, and they answered every phone call! I wish I'd have known about them before I booked expensive rentals for the wedding!

Very disappointed. We reserved the tent on a Sunday. Since they are closed on Sunday, they had it set up early on Friday. By Sunday, the tent was loose from the heavy winds. We contacted them early Monday morning in regards to not being able to use the tent because it was very windy and the bottom of the tent was flapping heavily. They said there was nothing they could do. We asked why they didn't add anchors to the grommets; which would have lessened the issue. Amber stated that they don't place anchors unless requested. Where do I begin...Kent's is GREAT! I needed a tent last minute due to unexpected rain for our event so we called Kent's. Their team took care of us, even after hours, to give us the best quote and the best tent for our needs. The guys that came to set it up were courteous and professional. They were on time and even went above and beyond setting up in the rain! That night they came to break the tent down and I saw that the tent stakes were driven into the asphalt and I asked if they were going to patch those holes. The gentleman said that he forgot his patching material, but he would swing back

Rented chairs and table clothes from them for my beach wedding and they made it super stress free! Kent was happy to talk with me and explain their process when I arrived and was transparent about pricing and timelines. They can deliver if you need, but we picked everything up Friday afternoon and didn't have to return it until Monday morning! Easy and beautiful.

We worked with Kents for chair rentals for our wedding last weekend. The ladies handling the arrangements were extremely helpful and nice! We elected to pickup our chairs and return them to cut out the delivery charge. The gentleman that helped load and unload the chairs was pleasant and strong (much appreciated as my sister handled the return of the chairs). We will certainly use Kent's for any future rental needs.

Unless your hobbies include wasting your time and your money, do not use this company! They are incredibly unprofessional and are not bothered by ruining meticulously planned events with their lack of company moral. They showed up FOUR HOURS LATE and were unable to set up the backyard tent for my best friends destination wedding. Keep in mind, this was a tent that costed the bride thousands of dollars, and they are in no hurry to answer about refunding the disaster they caused. Do not let Kents Special Events ruin your special day.

I cant believe this company is able to get any business. Recently was maid of honor fir my best friends wedding in Destin Florida. They were supposed to set up between 6 and 8 AM they arrive 4 HOURS late and told us it would take another 3 HOURS to set the tent up which would be pushing the wedding back multiple hours and would not accept help for any of the men onsite so that we could get our tent up in time. Ended up cancelling the tent at that point and were told to call and speak with the manager to get the refund. And now of course we ate unable to reach anyone at the company or get any return

The delivery of the 10 tables, linens, 50 chairs, 2 coolers and galvanized tub came at 3 separate times through the day with made it difficult to do anything other than wait for the delivery. Estimated delivery times could not be given. 8 of the 50 chairs had damaged seats and could not be used, some of the others where stained. One of the lids for the coolers was not attached and broken clean off. 4 of the tables that were bistro/bar tables where very rickety and unstable. I would not recommend using GoKents.Com to anyone.

UPDATE: Bob Rice from Kents Rental contacted us after seeing a post I left on Facebook, and apologized to both Doug and I for the condition of the table and chairs we were delivered for our wedding. He reimbursed the full cost of the rental back to us. Therefore, I wanted to let you all know that he made things right. Hopefully he won't rent those tables and chairs out to anyone again, unless it's for a Halloween party, or such.

1. the guys who made the delivery were followed there by some guy in a white truck while the guys were making the delivery the white truck kept Doing circles in the cul-de-sac hollering out the window at the guys making the delivery while we were trying to go over the list together I kept asking the guy do I have the hightop table for the beach yeah yeah yeah it's in there I said but what about the bar he said its that piece and it's that piece I said OK he said OK that's it and I said well what about my linens he goes yeah yeah yeah will get them then they walk over to the guy

I used Kent's for my son's party last year. I rented six tables and about 30 chairs. My only complaint were about the quality of the tables, they were extremely dirty, some with sticky substances; one table had an extremely sharp edge from where a piece of the wood was missing, and another table was broken and wouldn't hold up on one side completely. The tables were not all the same, some were different heights, some were wood, some plastic. I wasn't expecting that, and assumed based on the catalog that the tables would all be plastic (and clean). Other than that my experience

We rented tables, chairs and sound equipment from Kents for our wedding out at a house on the beach. Delivery was on time and they brought everything we ordered, but a lot of the chairs were pretty significantly scuffed up and one of the speaker stands was missing a screw. We ended up having to go and buy a part for it from Lowes which was kind of annoying. We had to be out of the rental by 10am in Monday, and they were very weird about pickup. They guy I ordered from kept saying he couldn't guarantee a 10am pickup which was odd, but after I insisted he ended up giving me a window of 8am-10am

I've worked with Tony on a few occasions, and hopefully another one this summer. The correspondence is always responsive and the service is very genuine. I was very pleased with our experience(s). We are located in Panama City, while they are located in Gulf Breeze (close to Pensacola). They always deliver as promised, regardless of the distance.
