Heidi Smock has practiced massage in Cedar Valley since graduating from the College of Hair Design in 2007. Licensed in the State of Iowa and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Heidi focuses on Swedish, deep-tissue and trigger-point therapies with specializations in low-back and neck specifics.

Company I work for paid for hour massages for all employees due to all the overtime we are working. Since we are working OT, not everyone has had time to get their massage. Co-worker just went and said they told her she had to pay an additional $15 cuz they’ve raised their prices. Sorry, if you make gift certificates with no expiration or use by this date, you should honor the 1 hr massage that was paid for instead of requiring people to pay out of pocket on top of their gift certificate. Bad business if you ask me.

Had a 60 minute massage with Disa. I was nervous being new to massages and also with body image issues but Disa was warm and friendly; she made me feel comfortable almost right away. She answered my questions and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and the level of pressure was good. I will definitely be coming back. :)

I have an awful back and got an hour session here. The masseuse are extremely patient, attentive, and do their very best to make sure you leave satisfied. They were also very accommodating to my partner who has anxiety. We both left feeling better and thus left a nice tip! Definitely come here if you're looking for relaxation.

Susan is an excellent massage therapist and overall wonderful person. She takes such good care of her patients and I love that she is constantly taking classes to learn techniques and expand her knowledge. Won't go to anyone else. Even brought my best friend in to get a massage from her when she visited from out of state. Thank you for all you do! ❤️ I thought it was great they took the time during COVID shutdown to revamp their website and add improvements to better everyone's experience.

I would absolutely recommend Pure Serenity to anyone looking for a massage! The massage rooms are comfortable and clean. The massage table/beds are covered in a luxurious sheet, and include a heated option.
I've gotten prenatal, swedish, and deep tissue massages here and I'm always pleased and impressed when I leave.
The biggest factor for me: a 60 minute massage is actually 60 minutes, not 45 minutes like some other places.
Prices are reasonable and competitive. Highly recommend!
