Services
Our funeral home was built in April of 1885, as a private residence for the family of C.R. Carlson. It was not until 1932, when it was sold to A.B. and Knut E. Train, that it became Train Brothers Funeral Home. At that time, another funeral home was in operation in Lindsborg by the name of Danielson Brothers Funeral Home.
Our staff at Crick-Christians Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of your fellow community members. Joe was born in Salina. He grew up on the family farm in Glasco, KS until moving back to Salina where he graduated from Salina Central HS in 1993.
We are located at the corner of Washington & Lincoln in Lindsborg, just a block West of Main Street. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M (closed during the noon hour), and Saturday and Sunday by appointment only. Our funeral home has been family owned and operated for over 100 years.
Our staff has assisted a countless number of our families in selecting a monument for their loved ones in all corners of Kansas. When it comes to monuments, the possibilities are only bound by your imagination. Monuments can range from very simple, to very ornate and personal. Have something in mind?
Many people plan for life events such as weddings and vacations well in advance, but many people do not plan for something that is certain to happen, their funeral. While most people do not want to think about their own mortality, the time to pre-plan your funeral is now.

The primary advantages of pre-arranging your funeral is to relieve the burden on your loved ones in an already emotional time, and to ensure your funeral is carried out according to your wishes, eliminating the task of second-guessing what you would have wanted.Taking the time now to arrange your funeral is one less thing your loved ones will need to worry about once you've passed.

Christians is a very family oriented business, they went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and everything was set up as we asked to honor mom in any way possible.
