I'm a realtor and have used Dynamic Home Inspections LLC exclusively for all my home inspections. We've also recently conducted a pre-listing inspection for our own home. I could not recommend Shaun Little enough. He is thorough and conscientious and provides excellent service. He is always on-time and replies in a timely manner to any questions.

Hired Shaun to do a new home purchase inspection. His thoroughness was something that other inspectors don't have. He went through every outlet, appliance, furnace unit, ac unit, valve, with a fine tooth comb and checked everything for 100% functionality. He explained things that stood out to him that were concerning. As he isn't there to cite code, he knew what things were not installed properly and called them out. Other inspectors eye ball the roof and attic from a ladder but he went on the roof and inspected all the vents, shingles and then went into all the attics and detailed the space looking
