Reason I'm writing this is because I had a leak repaired in the past by GI and now have a different one and being curious looked them up on Yelp for some reason. Saw the reviews and was surprised how upset some people were. Had a leak following Hurricane Irma last year. Like all roofing and or trade companies everyone was backed up including the major tile manufacturers for roofs. Anywho, they were straight up honest with me told me it might take a couple weeks because of the storm and how many calls they've got before me. Their estimate was fair compared to some others which I felt were

The owner Mike Gustafson told me that the tile was on back order from the factory, and it would be 3 weeks before they would deliver it. About 3 weeks went by, I called to find out when they would finish the job? My call went to voice mail and was not returned. I was sent an email saying that they need me to select the color of tile. I called Mike to find out what was going on. Since Mike had signed the form from the association identifying the tile manufacturer and style and color, I had to assume the email was a mistake. No, that's when they started to give me the run around. Every time
