After 2 printers & lots of frustration, we switched to another brand & have never been happier. I have asked Intec for a refund of the balance I have on account from a returned order - they will not give it to us because "that was last year" so they're only offering supplies.....supplies to a printer we hate & do not use.

I have purchased an Intec 2020 printer from a local printing company and have done everything possible to get clean copy quality out of the machine as well as find ANYONE that is willing to support us with the rip software that comes with the machine. The service from the Florida office has been extremely slow to respond and seems to not care. My advice is to STEER CLEAR of this brand if you are anywhere on the West Coast. We are just outside of Spokane, WA and there is nobody nearby that offers onsite support.
