We had agreement on a scope of work for a reasonable price. Most of the workers are friendly an polite and do what's asked. The first problem came when they had a broken mower and tried to mow with a weed eater. Lawn was choppy and looked terrible. The next thing was that they didn't show up when they were scheduled. No explanation until I texted the owner who informed me it was a 5 week month and we were scheduled for two visits a month, only. So, there was a 3 week gap in yard service in 5 week months. I hired Fleming's Landscaping to do a gardening service on a bi-weekly basis. I felt their service was very poor and that they didn't fulfill their end of the bargain. For example, items that need tending but were constantly neglected were my jasmine bushes. On several occasions, the jasmine bushes weren't trimmed where they were in desperate need of trimming because the vines of the jasmine were sticking out of the bushes profusely.
