The apartments are spacious, the neighbors are nice. The kids come out and play in the courtyard often so it can be a bit boisterous some afternoons but nothing to complain about. There are two gated entries (for parking as well). This place doesn't get 5 stars for a few reasons, mostly due to management and maintenance. There is a resident portal available for resident services which includes maintenance requests. It is as if the requests are given no precedence in the lot of things these people are responsible for. It is upsetting and aggravating trying to set up a request through the portal

These Apts. Are very spacious on the inside. They have a luxurious feel and rent is decently priced especially cause its so close to the beach. Shopping is not too far away. Target right around the corner, and food 4less/whole foods/Barnes & Noble and other good stores are only a few miles away. Really close to the south bay Mall. Parking can be an issue depending on how many in your household have vehicles. Apt Manager Amie is great and she will do her best to get you one or two gated parking spots. No pool, no park. Most of the Tennant's are nice and friendly too/kids play in courtyard
