Ronald D. Rooker began in 1986 in Ohio. We provide interior painting, exterior painting, faux finishing, sealing brick pavers, painting pool decks & driveways, pressure cleaning, drywall repair services to residential and commercial clients. The business moved to Fort Myers in 1990 and became licensed in Lee & Collier County, Cape Coral, Sanibel and the surrounding islands.
Ron's earliest experience in painting began well over thirty years ago as he painted along side his father, Ronald C. Rooker, an Ohio & Florida painting contractor. Additionally, Ron trained at a professional faux finishing school in Akron, Ohio in 1995, in Ft. Myers, and recently in Naples, Florida.

I am so sorry to hear this. Unfortunately, it happens too often. I am not sure exactly what you did, but I can tell you what you did not do. You used the wrong bonding primer under your finish coat of paint. Depending on where you got advice and where you bought your primer and paint, but I think you were misguided.
I am in the process of getting house painting estimates for painting the exterior of my Southwest Florida home. I want to make sure that the paint job lasts longer that the one that I have now. Can you please help me with this? Yes I would be happy to give you advice on how to make your exterior paint job last longer.

I wanted an estimate from Ron, and the receptionist took my info and he did call me back. But why bother? There was something either about my voice or where I lived or...? But he told me he didn't have any painting openings until January 2022. I said that was OK. I wasn't in a hurry.
Then he said if I couldn't take that appointment, the next one was in October of 2022! Wow! Well, at least there was January, so I said OK. The next thing he said is he will be THE MOST EXPENSIVE estimate I will get. Because he's that good. And that in demand. I guess he should put that on his website, so people like

We really enjoyed having Ron and his team around and were sorry to see them finish the job. We needed someone to paint ceilings, walls, baseboards, and walls of our new home and Ron's team was up to the task. Not only are they great craftsmen, they are careful, thoughtful, and fun to have around the house. We highly recommend Ron's Painting.

We selected Ron's Painting after seeing the impressive job he and his team did on a neighbor's home some years ago. We had the entire exterior of the house painted including our pool deck. We also needed extensive repairs to the stucco,masonry and front door that Ron did an absolutely amazing job fixing. We have received a number of compliments who have viewed the finished work.
