Milton and his wife are true professionals. He answered his phone! Went to the property at the end of his work day to bid the job, and was able to clean the entire house and windows in 6 hours the following day. The house is 1200 sq ft and two story. I am sure I had some luck with his availability but I truly feel grateful to have met him and look forward to using him on all my upcoming jobs!

I had my house sanitized by this company. They were professional and thorough. I was pleased to see how the house in its entirety was done with safe chemicals to reduce the risk of COVID in my home. They took all the precautions. Everything in my home was undistrurbed. My plants and animals were all fine. I was pleased with this service.

I should have known when he no-showed for the initial estimate appointment. I agreed to reschedule because he gave what I thought was a legitimate excuse and seemed sincere. I scheduled a regular bi-weekly cleaning, but this did not last long.

I have used Total Cleaning for over a year now and have been very happy with the service. I have my condo cleaned one to two times a month, but not necessarily on a predictable schedule -- between travel and frequent out of town visitors, I often schedule cleanings in a pretty ad hoc manner. Milton has been extremely flexible with this, and is always happy to confirm appointments directly via text message, which is extremely helpful given my unpredictable schedule.
The cleaning teams always do a good job, including things like vacuuming couches and making beds if clean linens are left out.

After we had established a price Milton was so flexible on the scheduling & patient on me getting back to him that even if he wasn't priced the best, his patience and flexibility with my scheduling needs he deserved my business.

Used Total Cleaning as we needed a cleaning fairly soon. We called many cleaning companies but Milton was the most prompt in reply. The estimate was quick and easy, and the quote was very reasonable. Arranging the cleaning time was also easy as he communicates through text and they work weekends as well.

2 of my roommates moved out at the end of February and I wanted to schedule a move-out cleaning. The bedrooms were fairly clean, except for where the beds had contacted the walls and on the windowsills where the windows were left open during hot days. The bathroom, however, was quite a mess.
