Where to begin! I used Lang Accounting for close to 4 years. Communication is slow and spotty. Numerous attempts need to be made to receive answers to questions. At one point they didn't run my payroll and when I inquired, was told it was due to a computer glitch and did I want them to try again. Well yes! I need to be paid. Several times the ball was dropped and things fell through the cracks. I would not recommend them for business purposes. When I emailed them to terminate our relationship I was sent a nasty email back as if they were firing me. Very unprofessional!!
