Not very helpful in expedition of probate sale. Their Seller side delayed closing for several weeks until the last possible day I could close without having to file for extensions etc., and excuse after excuse was made for every delay that sounded more lame than the one before. Anyone who’s purchased a probate property knows there will be delays, but these were ridiculous. Basically the whole process completely robbed me of any joy that buying a house should provide. Now I can’t even look up the house to get a little enjoyment by seeing it marked as “sold”... nope on their website it still
