I came to Hilton Head, South Carolina in 2000 from Uruguay and began working at a local bakery. I fell in love with baking, especially cake decorating. I knew my future was in specialty cake decorating, so I started taking classes in Chicago at the Wilton School. Within a short period of time I was taking Master Courses in cake decorating an now go every year to all sorts of bakery and cake decorating conventions all over the United States.
I love to create someone's special occasion cake. My customers come in with their idea and I immediately start visualizing the decoration in my mind. I especially love to make wedding cakes. It is an important day for that couple and their guests and I know lots of people get to see and eat my creation.

My husband and I are very disappointed with our wedding cake (married 8/20/21). The cake wasn't even, and didn't look like what we showed them we wanted. Or what the owner agreed they would recreate when we went for our cake tasting last year. It looked very sloppy and poorly done like it was rushed to be made. The cake itself didn't taste good either. It tasted like it wasn't fully baked and like eating spoonfuls of sugar. Nothing compared to how the cake tasted at our cake tasting. I was looking forward to seeing our wedding cake, but was very displeased once I did see it at our reception. If

I just moved to Bluffton from NYC and was so excited to find a this amazing bakery! I’ve already ordered 3 custom cakes, dozens of the large cake pops and macaroons and the eclairs, from Ronnie’s. The quality and service is wonderful here and I plan to bring Ronnie’s baked goods and Lou’s cakes to every occasion, from now on.

I ordered a cake to recreate my wife and I's wedding cake for our tenth anniversary and they absolutely nailed it! My wife was so surprised and impressed that I felt compelled to make it a point to stop into the shop while we were visiting to thank them personally. I would not hesitate in using them again!

I don't appreciate the no refunded policy when you order our cake here. When showed up to pick up the cake I ordered for my promotion, the design was horribly executed. I could overlook the aesthetics but the cake was dry and not close to the quality of slices that I sampled in past visits. The portion of cake layers was off as well. Upon communicating my concerns with the owner I was given attitude and my concerns were dismissed. I will not be returning to this business.

I ordered from out of state to have while in town for my boyfriend’s Birthday and the process was easy. The lady that took my call and order was so nice and helpful sending me pictures of options. We loved the… lemon cake with lemon filling but most important, the Birthday boy loved his specialty cake! My friend that picked up the cake for us grabbed some cannolis and eclairs and they were amazing too. Thank you so much!!

They were so kind and helped me out when I was in a bind. I had ordered from a well known business a dozen chocolate covered strawberries. in which come to find out they never even placed the order...but I was charged. I panicked.. googled local bakery in Bluffton..they were the only one open..called spoke with the nicest young lady..she took my… order even tho I know they were swamped. I live in Oklahoma ! but I was treated like I was standing right there. You all will never know how much that meant !
