We recently listed a condo for sale with Patricia Meadows. I can not tell you how wonderful it was dealing with her. We were a long distance owner of a condo that we had rented out since our daughter graduated college. We recently decided to sell it and contacted Patricia Meadows. She had a contract on the condo in less than a week for our asking price. We were able to close the deal without ever having to go to Waco. She was super efficient and helpful.
