My first experience with E-Z Automotive was when I had to be towed because my car broke down after work. The service I received from then up until now has been excellent! The repaired the vehicle and I was back on the road. When it was time to get another car, E-Z Automotive came through for me and I upgraded to a better car with lower miles.
The service is great! The staff are willing to work your budget to get you back on the road A.S.A.P. I am recommending them to all my friends; family and Co-Workers!

My SUV had mechanical issues on a trip home from Marietta Ga to Dallas Tx. Called E-Z for assistance. Was told it would be 1 hour before a wrecker could come. I asked if they would be able to accommodate myself and my family. No response. Had to call back at 2:30 to find out about the wrecker. T this time the dispatcher stated they were busy but one would be here soon. Finally arrived at 3:15. The wrecker guys were great and looked to see what it was. He told me it was an easy fix and would not be that much but could not quote me a price. I had no choice but to go with it as it was sweltering

On 8/11/2020 my truck quit on hwy 61 north in Vicksburg. I got out and raised the hood and a hose had come off. I recently had cab bushings installed and it apparently had gotten almost removed from that. I put the hose and clamp back on and needed transmission fluid. After failing to find a taxi or Uber to go get fluid I googled and called A to Z to see if they would do a road service or tow my truck back to their shop. They said since it was so close they would tow it back to their shop for $100. I told them great come get me and they did. When we got to the shop they unloaded my truck
