Terrible service, car was taken 2 times for a loss of air on a brand new tire and still George was insistent on charging me $25 for a patch. I have been putting air in the tire for 2 weeks straight because I was told the first time there was nothing wrong with the tire. I will be trying to recoup my costs and convince through the courts. Never again Discount Tire.

Terrible. I want to sell my 1-year old RIMs to them. In the phone, they offered $25 each, then when I drive in, Dom said $15 each. If they said so in the phone, I would not even bother to go. And Dom told me he buys NEW STELL RiM (17 inch) for $30 each. Well, now you know the quality of their product and the margin they make.

Be Aware these people buy tires that were made 2 to 3 years ago for cheap and then sell them to you for the same price, and if you didn’t know tires expire and when they do they could rip apart while you’re driving and could be extremely dangerous If you’re in the highway. Don’t trust them and do your research before hand because I didn’t knew this until it happened to me. They want money no matter What at the Cost of the customer’s safety. Dom is a saint!
I've been going to Discount Tire City for a few years, getting my tires swapped, bought a used set... Nothing earth-shattering.
Then life happened and I got a flat on a side wall right after leaving the garage... I called Dom immediately and he helped me with:
* Air Cannister to try and pump up tire so I could get car back to the garage
* Loaned me an employee to help get the tire off because the equipment that comes with the car is crap
* Found me a used tire to get me through the winter and when I tried to pay, he wouldn't have it
THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place is HONEST! HONEST and HONEST!
I have gone to this place twice so far when I had a nail in my tire issue. I know some places will tell you that you need a new tire when it is really not true. Just to make money and cheat you out. Some tires can be patched up depending on where the nail went into your tire. So you want honest advice, come here. You won't be cheated.

I've been a customer at this tire store for many years, my experience has been good. They are knowledgeable and friendly, their prices are way cheaper than Canadian tire or even Costco, they also give you options and there's no sales pressure. Yes, the receptionists knowledge is limited but Dominic, the manger has tons of experience and is there to serve you. I found them honest, sincere and hardworking.

Good service at decent prices.There was a time last summer when I had a nail in my tire, so I brought it to them and they pulled it out. The tire did not need to be plugged or anything so they sent me on my way, no charge. Because of that, when I needed winter tires, I went to them. Very busy shop, they don't take appointments and work on a first-come-first-served basis but that doesn't work well for them. I dropped my truck off before they opened and yet they still took other customers before they got to mine. I bought snow tires on rims and asked for tpms sensors to be installed. They forgot

Initially came here because I found random cuts on two of my tires. I wasn't sure how damaged they actually were, so I called Discount Tire City and they told me come in so they could take a look.
Since the hours are only 8:30-5:30 M-F I had to go the next morning at 8:30, I was the first one, and the owner (not sure his name) told me only one had to be replaced, which was fine. So I got one used tire for 45$.
I had to wait 20 mins or so for the guys who actually work in the garage part to show up for their shift. But once they showed up, I was out by 9:20.
I went back today, deciding

I dropped my car at 9am for tire changing, they finished at 6pm,and they didn't give me my nuts back when I did the tire changing last time,so I had to pay $50 for the nuts, because "not responsible for losing nuts" is hanging on wall in the store

Receptionist, Carmella, told me to leave my car Sunday and they would put the snow tires on Monday. I did that and then got a call Monday AM that they couldn't do them until Wednesday and that I the customer with 1 car was the one to get the appointment wrong. Also asked her for a quote for 4 new tires for my son and was promised a call back Friday. That quote also never came. Pay more at the dealer and be treated like your business matters.
