Embroidery is the best method to decorate certain garments such as hats, outerwear, patches, and heavy fleece (some fabrics don't lend themselves to screen printing). Embroidery is a long lasting, highly detailed decoration style - and it gives your logo a 3D 'pop'. Screen printing is the most economical way of printing graphics on t-shirts, and is the standard used worldwide when printing bulk orders.
Artwork is a very important part of getting your shirt done just the way you want it. Great artwork = a great shirt. There are many types of files we can work with, but the files that will provide the best quality for printing are vector files. When ordering screen printed apparel, it's important to keep in mind that the cost of printing goes down as the quantity of shirts goes up.

We recently needed embroidery work completed in a timely manner for our growing pressure washing business. We found Octopus on Yelp and, although we didn't see any reviews, we decided to take a chance. AND WE ARE SO HAPPY THAT WE DID! Manuel was so accommodating and professional. Before our items were to be completed, we brought it a few more items and everything was completed very professionally. We have actually been looking for more items to be embroidered. Oh...and the price...ALL RIGHT!

HORRIBLE QUALITY. HORRIBLE. Used them as a contractor and the work that the man produced was horrible on BOTH occasions. One client I had to fully refund and lose money on 120 shirts. When confronted, went into defense mode. Had a nerve to review my company which had a legitimate 5 star rating u like the fabricated ones on here. A JOKE. COMPLETELY POOR QUALITY. Look at the runs on the shirt and the small placement on the back, there was no dry and no flash otherwise there wouldn’t be any runs. Mind you, the other two times we used him for one color jobs, completely paid in full. If I’m a liar

A student group ordered shirts and the shop took payment upfront but did not produce them. Contacted several times and no response. I understand it's a pandemic but the transaction was initiated prior to the pandemic and delivery was promised before the shut downs were mandated. Extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

I live in upstate NY as a freelance designer.. I reached out to the company to print one shirt within a few days as a rush order.. We spoke over the phone and also exchanged a few emails. At first I was nervous because I couldn't actually goto the establishment.. Within hours I received a proof and was told my order would be completed by the rushed due date. The owners were extremely nice and very professional!!! I believe they stayed a couple of hours late just to complete my order.. The T-shirt came out absolutely perfect.. I highly recommend bringing all your prints here.
