Had them clean my carpet on a new house i had just purchased, the entire house only had one stain in the living room the technician said to me that my carpet was in good shape and I should get the entire house cleaned not just the living room that it would make my carpet look brand new, being a new house I agreed. After they cleaned my carpet more stains appeared in other rooms of the house that had no stains before and the one stain my carpet did have became bigger and darker. I called them they apologized and sent their team to clean my carpet again but the the stains were never removed they
