I have worked here for 11 years I started at the bottom and worked my way to the top. Hard work and dedication is how you earn responsibility and respect. I have worked with Jeff Patterson for a long time. His expectations are no different than any other leader. He demands hard work without out any whining or complaining. So anyone looking to come to work for a good company with great people and great leadership stop by Highpoint!

The company was great until I got moved to the product side under Jeff patterson. Once I started working for him we gradually lost all of the perks to the job until there were none. It got to the point where most of us were commuting 4 hours a day on our own time to go work for this company. You could never get ahold of your supervisor when you needed to so you never knew if you were gonna be working or not. We would go a stretch where we would work crazy hours for a few weeks then not hear anything for a couple weeks. Under his leadership its was made evident the company didnt see the workers
